Heather found Lagree & High Intensity Pilates over 10 years ago and quickly turned her passion for the method into teaching. With over 5 years of teaching experience, she later shared her dedication by training others to teach the method. Heather has trained hundreds of instructors in the Lagree & High Intensity Pilates method over the years and is a Level 2 certified Lagree instructor. She continues to lead in-house trainings to this day and in addition to her roles as an instructor and trainer, Heather also has extensive experience in studio management.

Justine practiced Lagree & High Intensity Pilates for nearly 10 years before deciding to leave a successful career in the oil and gas industry to open a studio. As a Level 2 Lagree certified instructor and studio owner, she is well versed in boutique operations and the necessary keys to run a successful studio. Her passion lies in not only sharing the High Intensity Pilates method with others, but helping fellow entrepreneurs overcome the challenges of studio ownership, run profitable businesses, and find proper work-life balance.
