Pilates growth has been steady in the US for five years
The percentage of studios offering Pilates has grown every year since 2021 in the US. In 2021, the studios on Mariana Tek that offered Pilates classes was 17% - that's grown to 45% in 2025.

Our analysis revealed a unique pattern among Pilates consumers: the return rate from the first visit to the second visit was slightly lower than the average return rate across all studios.
